At Kyraani, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy.
Returns
We accept returns within 90 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact. Customers are responsible for providing and covering the cost of their own return shipping label.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
