Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how KYRAANI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit our website, make a purchase, contact us, or otherwise interact with us. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.
Who we are & scope
KYRAANI is a USA-based, Ayurveda-inspired haircare brand. This policy covers our online store, marketing communications, customer support, and any services that link to it.
Information we collect
• Information you provide: name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, order details, returns/exchanges, messages to support, survey responses, product reviews, account credentials (if you create an account).
• Payments: card data is processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
• Collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, cookie identifiers, approximate location, pages viewed, time on site, and interactions with emails/ads (via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies).
• From third parties: carriers, payment providers, analytics/advertising partners, and social networks (if you choose to connect).
How we use information
We use information to process orders and returns, provide customer support, personalize your experience, send transactional and marketing messages, run promotions, analyze and improve our site and products, prevent fraud and security incidents, and comply with law.
Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK visitors)
We rely on contract (to fulfill orders), legitimate interests (security, improvement, basic analytics, marketing to existing customers), consent (non-essential cookies/marketing), and legal obligations (tax, accounting).
Sharing your information
We share information with service providers (hosting, payments, shipping, email/SMS, analytics, customer support) under contracts that limit use to our instructions; with advertising/analytics partners to measure performance and show relevant offers; with authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights/safety; and in a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition). We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state laws treat certain ad disclosures as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising—you can opt out (see Your choices & rights).
Cookies & tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies (site function/checkout), performance/analytics (traffic, features), functional (preferences), and advertising (relevance, frequency capping). You can manage cookies via our banner (where available) or your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect site performance.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child provided data, contact us so we can delete it.
Your choices & rights
• Emails/SMS: unsubscribe via links in our messages.
• Cookies/ads: adjust preferences via our cookie banner and your browser; platform tools (e.g., Google, Meta) may offer additional controls.
• Privacy rights: access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction/objection (EEA/UK), and opt-out of “sharing”/targeted advertising (certain U.S. states). Email us to exercise rights. We may request information to verify your identity and will respond within required timeframes. You may use an authorized agent where applicable.
International data transfers
If you access us from outside the U.S., your data may be processed in the United States and other countries with different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
Third-party links & features
Our site may link to third-party sites or include third-party integrations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Do Not Track
Your browser may send a Do Not Track (DNT) signal; we currently do not respond to DNT. Where required by law, we honor applicable opt-out mechanisms provided on our site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
